THI is OAK Foundation Young Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme.
Through the THI, OAK Foundation seeks to develop professional women entrepreneurs in productive sectors of the Ghanaian economy. The programme specific objective is to ensure that, on an annual basis, a minimum of 25 female graduate business teams set up and manage successful commercial operations within 3 years after graduation.
The components of the THI are:
- Participation in entrepreneurship development training programmes, inclusive of entrepreneurship internships and shadowing
- Advisory services and facilitated funding applications to various business assistance funds
- Participation in projects set up in partnership with creative arts & vocational training institutes
- OAK Social Enterprise GRADUATE-IN-AGRIBUSINESS scheme
